Standard Ground Shipping: We offer free ground shipping on orders over $100USD, going to any destination in the United States and Canada. Typical transit time after shipment is 3-10 business days.
International Shipping: Due to logistics reasons, we're unable to offer compatible shipping options to countries outside of US & Canada for now. If you'd still like to put in an order, there will be a $90 additional shipping fee. Sign up to our newsletter to be updated on when we'll begin offer affordable international shipping!
Return shipping is free for all US/Canada orders. For international returns, we do not cover the cost of return shipping.
60 Day trial begins on the date of confirmation of delivery. For any returns, please email hello@aalo.co with your order number.
Returns are accepted on all undamaged, slightly used items. If your product is damaged due to a material, shipping or manufacturing error, we'll replace it or work with you on another solution. All replacements are at our discretion.
All items will be inspected at our facility upon receiving and checked for return eligibility. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, please note we may return it to you or adjust the refund amount.
